All Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted and/or customized nature of many of our products, all sales are considered final. Please ensure that you carefully review your order, product details, and shipping information before submitting your purchase.

Refunds & Replacements

We understand that unexpected issues can arise. While we do not offer refunds for reasons such as buyer's remorse or opened/used products, we will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged or defective, provided the following conditions are met:

• You must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.

• Please submit clear photos of the damaged item along with your order number to [your email address or contact form link].

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Note: We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

Gift Cards Policy

We offer digital gift cards as a convenient option for gifting our products to friends, loved ones, or colleagues.

• Gift cards are available in pre-set denominations (e.g., $25, $50, $100, etc.). These preset amounts cannot be altered.

• If your desired amount is not listed in the dropdown menu, you may choose the "Custom Amount" option and enter any value up to a maximum of $1,000.

• Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Please treat them like cash.
