  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, along with tracking information when available.

  • We offer standard, expedited, and priority shipping options at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.

  • Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method selected, and carrier delays.

Shipping Carriers:

Delays & Liability:
While we strive to meet our shipping timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, operational delays)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)

International Shipping:

  • We ship internationally to select countries.

  • Customs Duties & Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local postal office first.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you with a claim.

Address Changes:

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

  • If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee updates if the order has already been processed.
